Welcome to Acorn! We provide supports to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities through the Home and Community-based Services program, a Medicaid waiver certified by Texas Health and Human Services.

Acorn’s Mission: to provide personalized, life-transforming, and purpose-driven services to people with intellectual disabilities, delivered by well-trained staff and other professionals in a responsive and joyous environment.

Acorn’s team: diverse, skilled, and inclusive; Acorn’s Leadership, Management, Day Habilitation, and Residential Support Staff combine decades of program experience with hearts of ministry to serve others.

Acorn’s aim: to support and empower each individual to achieve personal goals and attain a meaningful, independent and optimally fulfilling life.
